Enjoy The Off Road Adventure From Montrose, CO - Moab, UT
Rimrocker is a trail that runs 160 miles from Montrose, CO to Moab, UT It is a combination of wide, dense forest roads mixed with some rocky off-road trails. It is recommended that you use a high clearance 4x4 vehicle with all terrain tires.
The trail starts with a steady gain in elevation to over 9000 ft and then traverses through high alpine scenery and open grazing lands. It follows along the San Antonio River and conjoins with the Dolores River. There are also several areas of mining along the trail.
What You Need To Know Before Booking Your Tour
Looney Jeep Adventures does NOT provide you with a vehicle. You need to bring your own off roading vehicle to drive.
You are responsible for bringing your own food, drink and supplies for the tour. We do NOT provide that for you.
Tours are family friendly, the prices are per vehicle not per person so bring the kids.
We are a pet friendly business. Any friendly dogs that would like to tag along on our adventures are welcome. We do request that they are leashed outside of the vehicles for their safety. Click here to learn more about overlanding with your dog.
About The Rimrocker Tour
The tour will start in Montrose, CO at the Montrose Visitor Center at 2pm on the beginning day of the tour. We then travel over the trail as well as down side roads for 160+ miles of fun, off road driving. The tour will conclude in Moab, UT at he Moab Food Truck Court in the afternoon of the last day of the tour.
Our tour size is 10 vehicles max at the cost of $199.00 per vehicle. If you're looking for something exciting to do with friends or family who enjoy overlanding as well then invite them to come with! The more the merrier! You are welcome to bring your friendly, furry, four legged friends along as well.
